NCL CHRISTENS PRIDE OF ALOHA ON THE 4TH JULY
Pride of Aloha launched for unique inter-island cruising in Hawaii London, 6 July, 2004: Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced the launch and christening of Pride of Aloha in Hawaii on 4th July 2004. The ship is the first US-flagged ship for 50 years, which uniquely enables NCL to sail 7-night inter-island cruise holidays in Hawaii, without leaving Hawaiian waters. Pride of Aloha is the remodelled Norwegian Sky, which underwent a complete redesign when she entered dry dock in San Francisco in May 2004. The redesign touches every part of the ship including the public rooms, staterooms, the deck and pool area and the six restaurants onboard. The Hawaiian Splendours cruise is a 10-night holiday with 7 nights aboard Pride of Aloha, with prices starting from £1259 per person. Departing from Honolulu and calling at fantastic Hawaiian Islands such as Nawiliwili and Kahului in Maui, the journey is immersed in the Aloha lifestyle, only backed up by the all Hawaiian crew and themed restaurants.
