He presents BBC TV’s daily property auction show Homes under the Hammer, which is now in its 11th series on BBC1, and regularly attracts over 2 million viewers. He also appears on BBC Breakfast, BBC News 24, The One show and BBC Radio 2. He writes property articles for a wide variety of magazines and newspapers, and is the author of the new Teach Yourself book ‘Making Money from Property’, which will be published in March 2008.

His seminars and talks are amusing and informative, and provide invaluable advice and guidance for anyone considering buying property - for personal or investment reasons - both at home or overseas. From the basic rules and avoiding mistakes, to easy to follow strategies for becoming financially independent through property.
