How to Book with NCL Freestyle Cruising
Now you're ready and it couldn't be simplerAt NCL we like to keep things as easy as possible, that’s why we’ve done away with lengthy Reservation Forms. So, all you have to do is go through this checklist, make sure you have all the correct information to hand, then call NCL or see your travel agent and you’re all set.
Some of the information, such as Dover or Southampton transfers or holiday extensions, may not apply to your holiday. And, if that’s the case, just let us know as we take you through the booking process. Before you book, take a moment to read through the Questions & Answers, and the Terms & Conditions. Because when you book, you’re agreeing to enter into a contract with NCL on these Terms & Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation. Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll give you an NCL reservation number, which you’ll need to quote any time you call or write to us. Let's book itThis is the information you’ll need. 2. Stateroom or suiteStateroom or suite category Double bed or twin beds.
3. Personal details for each guest travellingFull name and title as shown on passport Date of birth Passport number, date and place of issue and expiry date Home address, including postcode, telephone number and email Emergency contact details – the name and telephone number of someone we could contact while you are away – and next of kin Latitudes or Polo Club membership number (if applicable).
Cruising from the UK*Do you need one of the following UK Connections? Either FREE car parking at Dover or Southampton, or FREE Coach transfers from Central London, London Heathrow or Gatwick to Dover or Southampton, or FREE Coach transfers to/from Southampton airport to ship. Your chosen “Cruising from the UK” offer must be requested at the time of booking. If any request is accepted after this, an administration fee of £35 will be payable. Unfortunately, UK connections cannot be added within 4 days of the holiday departure date.
5. UK Connecting Flights*Connecting flight from your nearest airport (please advise which airport) to/from Heathrow or Gatwick and date of travel (connecting flight must be within 24 hours of international flight). Let us know if you have a frequent flyer membership number for the airline that you may be travelling on (please note that airline membership upgrades are not available and airline points and rewards cannot be used towards the cost of your holiday). *Please let us know your Bon Voyage Bonus requirements are applicable to your departure date.

10. Travel insuranceDo you require NCL travel insurance? If not, please advise name of alternative insurer, policy number and 24-hour emergency contact details.
11. Payment details You can pay by cheque, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Solo, Switch or Maestro. If paying by card, we require the following information: Card number, name on card, expiry date and three digit security code on back of card. The deposit is £100 per person for our European and Cruise Only holidays and £200 per person for all other itineraries, (except for Journey to Fire & Ice itinerary, where it is £400 per person, and for category AE Suites and above reservations, where it is 20% of the cruise fare). Full payment will be taken for any British Airways Club Europe flight upgrade at time of booking. If you’re booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking (for category AE Suites and above, full payment is required 90 days before departure). The deposit or full payment (as applicable) must be received by NCL within five days of the booking date. If payment is not received in time, the reservation may be cancelled and appropriate cancellation charges will apply.
Here's what happens once you've bookedNCL will send you or your travel agent (as applicable) a booking confirmation showing full details of your holiday and the fare payable. Please check this carefully and, if there are any discrepancies, please let us know immediately by calling NCL Guest Services on 0845 658 8140. Otherwise administrative charges may apply to any alteration that can be made. Then, about two to three weeks before departure NCL will send your cruise documentation to you or your travel agent (or via email for cruise only bookings). This includes all applicable tickets, vouchers, luggage labels, shore excursion information, necessary entry forms for ports of call and your ‘Welcome Aboard’ booklet. And before you leave home Please log on to check in online by completing the Advance Guest Registration form. Just click on the ‘Booked Guests Get Ready to Cruise’ on the home page and follow the link. Alternatively, please call Guest Services on 0845 658 8140.

The information you provide when making a reservation may be used to provide you with periodic NCL (Bahamas) Ltd cruise updates and special offers and we ask that you advise us if you would not like to receive these. Personal details will not be disclosed by NCL to third parties outside of NCL (Bahamas) Ltd for marketing purposes without the guest’s express permission.
