How to Book with NCL Freestyle Cruising

Now you're ready and it couldn't be simpler

At Norwegian Cruise Line we like to keep things as easy as possible, that’s why we’ve done away with lengthy Reservation Forms. So, all you have to do is go through this checklist, make sure you have all the correct information to hand, then call Norwegian Cruise Line or see your travel agent and you’re all set.

Before you book, take a moment to read through the Questions & Answers, and Booking Conditions. Because when you book, you’re agreeing to enter into a contract with Norwegian Cruise Line on these Terms & Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation.

Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll give you a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number, which you’ll need to quote any time you call or write to us.

3. Personal details for each guest travelling

That’s full name and title as shown on passport, date of birth, passport number, date and place of issue and expiry date

Home address, including postcode, telephone number, email address and emergency contact details – the name and telephone number of someone we could contact while you’re away – and next of kin

Latitudes membership number – do let us know if you’ve cruised with Norwegian Cruise Line before and tell us your Latitudes membership number, if you know it.

5. UK Connecting Flights*

Please advise which airport you wish to fly from (excluding Cruise Only holidays). Your connecting flight must be within 24 hours of international flight. Please note we cannot guarantee airline seats.

Let us know if you have a frequent flyer membership number for the airline you are flying with (please note that airline membership upgrades are not available and airline points and rewards cannot be used towards the cost of your holiday).

 

6. Flight upgrades

If you want to travel in style, just let us know at the time of booking.

 

7. Would you like to extend your stay?


If so, let us know at the time of booking and we’ll recommend a suitable travel company to take care of all the arrangements for you.

11. Payment details

You can pay by cheque, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Solo, Switch or Maestro. If paying by card, we require the following information:

Three digit security code on back of card.

In order to confirm your chosen holiday, a deposit is required as follows.

Full payment will be taken for any British Airways Club Europe flight upgrade at the time of booking.

If you’re booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking (for category AE Suites and above, full payment is required 90 days before departure). The deposit or full payment (as applicable) must be received by Norwegian Cruise Line within five days of the booking date. If payment is not received in time, the reservation may be cancelled and appropriate cancellation charges will apply.

 

Here's what happens once you've booked

Norwegian Cruise Line will send you or your travel agent (as applicable) a booking confirmation showing full details of your holiday and the fare payable.

Please check this carefully and, if there are any discrepancies, please let us know immediately by calling Guest Services on 0845 201 8907. Otherwise administrative charges may apply to any alteration that can be made.

Then, about two to three weeks before departure Norwegian Cruise Line will send your cruise documentation to you or your travel agent via email. This includes all your applicable tickets, vouchers and your ‘Welcome Aboard’ booklet.

And before you leave home please log on to our online check-In* to complete your details.

Just click on the ‘Already Booked’ on the home page and follow the link for any last minute questions you may have. Alternatively, please call Guest Services on 0845 201 8907.

Please complete the Online Check-In form at least 14 days prior to departure and no later than 1 day prior to sailing.
