| We had the most fantastic time |
We flew to New York earlier this year and landed in several inches of snow. Following two fantastic days sightseeing three teenagers and parents boarded Norwegian Gem to sail to the Caribbean. We had the most fantastic time, bowling, eating fabulous food and the atmosphere on board was great. The staff on board helped to make this a holiday of a lifetime. We flew back to the UK with recharged batteries and fond memories. Thank you to NCL. p.s. the boys loved Orlando and Atlantis Bahamas Waterpark.

| Thank you for such wonderful memories |
I treated my family (5 of us) to a cruise last Easter - we all had a wonderful time. The Kids' Club was fantastic for the grandchildren (6 & 11 years old). We were anxious to repeat this experience and recently chose another cruise line. Following a disappointing experience, the grand children keep asking me when we can go on another cruise on the NORWEGIAN JEWEL and because of our dreadful treatment and we are now planning a cruise with NCL in their August holidays in order to restore our faith in family cruising. Thank you for such wonderful memories.

| Loved every minute and can't wait for next one |
First cruise to the Caribbean and what a cruise. I can't think of a single negative comment! Non stop dining and a variety of shows; cabin was spotless and the stewards polite and courteous, couldn't help enough. Loved every minute and can't wait for next one.

| Attention to detail excellent, making a relaxed and rested holiday |
I have just returned from another fantastic cruise on the Gem to the Caribbean from New York. It is our third cruise with you and as usual the standards were first class. Attention to detail excellent, making a relaxed and rested holiday. I would also like to thank you for the upgraded cabin we received, a very special treat, even though I don't know why.

| The whole experience from the outset was superb |
The whole experience from the outset was superb. The staff where always helpful and indeed went the extra mile for the wheelchair that we had bought with us. The cabin was fantastic the only fault would be that maybe grab rails could be fitted to the bed so that a disabled person could get themselves onto the bed. It was my first experience with NCL and what an experience, the food was of the highest standard and could not be bettered, try the stake bar mmmmmmmmmm. I am trying at the moment to get another cruise booked with NCL. If in doubt just do it. The spa facilities where so fantastic that I spent most of my free time relaxing in the thermal pools or warm relaxing seats.
