For guests under 18 years (under 21 for cruises that include a Canadian port) travelling in the company of an adult who is not the minor’s parent or legal guardian, the Parent/Guardian Consent & Release Form (pdf) that authorises the minor’s travel and further authorises medical treatment in case of an emergency must be delivered to a Norwegian Cruise Line representative at the pier during check-in.
