Description

Running and downloading reports from Freestyle on to Excel Spreadsheet.
Sorting and formatting report and them using the report chasing the non-statement agents and direct passengers for payment 60days prior to sail.
Chasing payments via telephone, email and letters.
Sending payment reports and statements for selective agents.
Dealing with customer queries.
Taking payments through the credit card system.

Requirements:

Good communication skills. Good eye for detail. Friendly and reliable individual and good telephone manners.

Education:

Accounting or admin qualification would advantage but it’s not essential.

Experience:

Experience in administration. And dealing with customer queries. Able to write letters and keep good audit trail.

Knowledge

Good Excel knowledge, word, windows.

Special Requiremnets:

Communication skills, strong and confident individual able to deal with people at all levels. Organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
