How does the cost compare to a land venue?
The economies are evident. Not only because our prices are competitive, but because many of the services that land venues charge extra for are complimentary aboard our ships: meeting rooms, coffee breaks, meals, afternoon snacks, AV equipment, entertainment, theme parties, sporting events and many daytime activities, to name just a few.
Other additional costs that would need to be budgeted for, such as transportation of the group during the day/evening to and from their land venue, are avoided as they are on board a cruise ship.

How are private functions handled?
Our ships have facilities suitable for all sizes of meetings, cocktail parties and dinners, which can be personalised for your group. All your group requests would be handled in advance and a programme of your events then sent to you and the ship before your group departure.
Once onboard you will then have the services of a dedicated Group Co-ordinator who will oversee your event and be responsible for any last minute requirements or changes to the arrangements and ensuring your event is a success.

What about dining arrangements?
We can arrange group dining on board any of our ships. NCL’s innovative Freestyle Dining has been well received by our C&I groups as it now gives them the choice and flexibility of when and where to dine with either assigned or open seating. You can arrange structured group dining on selected evenings if required.
We have up to 12 restaurants on our ships for you to chose from, so you can dine at a different venue each evening, depending on the size of your group.

Can you accommodate non-smokers?
Absolutely. All our public areas on board are designated non-smoking. If you do smoke cigarettes, you can do so in your stateroom, on your balcony, in the casino or Cigar Bar (where available) or on open decks (just not around food venues, sport decks, kids pool areas and other designated non-smoking areas).

How are on-board purchases handled?
