Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay
Chairman

(Tan Sri) Lim Kok Thay is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive of the Genting Group. The Genting Group is one of Asia's leading and best managed multinational corporations. Prior to his promotion as Chairman on 31st December 2003 and as President and Chief Executive in November 2002, he served the Group as Managing Director for Genting Berhad (holding company) and Resorts World Bhd (owner, developer and operator of Genting Highlands Resort) since 1976.

Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) degree from the University of London in 1975. He undertook a Programme for Advanced Management Development Degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1979.

Tan Sri Lim's business acumen and skills are horned through more than 30 years of experience in the development of casino and leisure related businesses world wide and having served the Genting Group for the past 30 years. He has contributed substantially in reinventing Genting Highlands Resort over the years as a world class City of Entertainment.

He is instrumental in the internationalisation of the Genting Group and was the key driver behind the developments of the Group's casino projects world wide, such as the Burswood Resort Casino (Australia), Adelaide Casino (Australia), Lucayan Beach Resort (Bahamas) and Subic Bay Resort & Casino (Philippines).

His visionary foresight and entrepreneurial skills resulted in the birth of Star Cruises Group which has grown to be the third largest cruise line in the world and the leading cruise operator in Asia-Pacific. Tan Sri Lim guided the Genting Group to expand into other growth areas such as the power generation, plantation, property development, paper and paper-related manufacturing and oil & gas activities.

For his invaluable contributions to Malaysia, he was bestowed the highly prestigious national award that carries the titleship of "Tan Sri" by His Majesty, the Yang DiPertuan Agong of Malaysia in June 2002.

Tan Sri Lim is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive of Star Cruises Limited. He is also the Joint Chief Executive of Asiatic Development Berhad, the plantation and property arm of the Genting Group and the Executive Chairman of Genting International P.L.C. In addition, he sits on the boards of other Malaysian and foreign companies; as well as on the Board of trustees of several charitable organizations in Malaysia.

Colin Veitch
Deputy Chariman, CEO and President

Since joining NCL in 2000 as President and Chief Executive Officer, Colin Veitch has led a number of breakthrough developments that have furthered NCL's mission of innovation. Foremost among Veitch's accomplishments is the launch of Freestyle Cruising, a revolutionary onboard product that offers cruisers a more relaxed, resort-style experience compared to the more structured traditional cruise product prevalent throughout the industry.

Following the aftermath of September 11, Veitch led the Homeland Cruising initiative, bringing 95 percent of NCL's fleet capacity to close-to-home ports around North America anticipating a shift in consumer travel patterns. The successful program, which has become an industry trend, continues to grow with NCL frequently adding new Homeland Cruising ports.

In addition, NCL's fleet has grown significantly during Veitch's tenure. He continues to lead a major new build campaign that has resulted in the addition of six new ships in as many years. Finally, he is responsible for the formation of a new U.S. Flagged operation, NCL America, comprised of three ships. These ships are 100 percent U.S. crewed and have created thousands of American jobs and generate hundreds of millions of dollars in economic benefits to Hawai'i and the United States. In November 2006, Veitch will receive the United Stated Seamen's (USS) Service Admiral of the Ocean Sea Award for his leadership in commencing new American-flag passenger shipping with the success of the NCL America project.

Before joining NCL, Veitch was senior vice president of marketing and corporate development for Princess Cruises in Los Angeles, where he also had executive responsibility for Princess' sister company in Australia, P&O Cruises. He joined Princess in 1992 as chief financial officer after two years with parent company P&O in London.

Senator Bob Graham
Independent Outside Director

Bob Graham is a former three-term United States Senator and two-term Governor of Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida and Harvard Law School, Senator Graham served the past year as Senior Fellow at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, following his retirement from the Senate at the start of 2005. The son of a dairy farmer, Bob Graham entered public service in 1966 through election to the Florida House of Representatives, and has the distinction over these past 40 years of never having lost an election.

He remains one of Florida's most popular Governors and is particularly remembered for his strong education, economic development, environmental and law-and-order policies. In the US Senate, a distinguished career was capped by his chairmanship of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and of the joint House-Senate Intelligence Committee Investigation of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Senator Graham also serves on the board of directors of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

On the NCL board, Senator Graham is chairman of the Governance Committee.

Alberto Ibargüen
Independent Outside Director

Alberto Ibargüen is President and CEO of the Knight Foundation, a private $2 billion foundation supporting journalism programs in the US and abroad, and social programs in the 26 US communities where the brothers John and James Knight published their newspapers.

Previously, Mr. Ibargüen was publisher of The Miami Herald and of El Nuevo Herald, capping a newspaper career of over 20 years. He served in the Peace Corps in Venezuela and in Colombia before graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr. Ibargüen is a member of the board of directors of PepsiCo and is on the Advisory Council of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He also is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and also serves as chairman of the executive committee of the Newseum in Washington D.C., a museum dedicated to free speech and free press and is a member of the Trustees' Council of the National Gallery of Art. He is a former chairman of the board of the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and of the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra. He has also served on the boards of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and other nonprofit organizations and educational Institutions.

On the NCL board, Mr. Ibargüen is chairman of the Compensation Committee.

Walter L. Revell
Independent Outside Director

Mr. Revell is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Revell Investments International, Inc., a diversified investment, development and management company located in Coral Gables, Florida.

Mr. Revell also serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of The St. Joe Company, a publicly traded company that is Florida's largest land owner and real estate developer, as a Director and member of the Audit Committee of Rinker Group Limited, a large multinational corporation based in Australia with extensive operations in the United States, and as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of International Finance Bank in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Revell served as Secretary of Transportation for the State of Florida in the Askew Administration. He served as Chairman and CEO of H.J. Ross Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, planners and scientists, and continues as Senior Advisor to the new parent company, T.Y. Lin International, in San Francisco.

On the NCL board, Mr. Revell is chairman of the Audit Committee.
